*Note: It is very important to keep everything even and consistent in this project.

  • Use your sharpie to mark the round nose pliers ¼ - ½“ from the tip.
  • Using that mark, make a loop in the end of a head pin.
  • Measure an inch from the bottom of the loop and mark the pin with the sharpie.
  • Cut the head off the pin and load a variety of beads to just cover the mark.
  • Now measure 3/8” from the end of the beads and mark it.
  • Cut the pin at that mark and make a loop using the same mark on the plier.
    • Make sure your loops open on the same side.
  • Build a pile of beaded pins and line them up on your mat.
  • When loading them onto your jump rings, make sure the openings of the loops all face the inside of the ring.
